Our vision at Like A Girl Fitness is to cultivate a global community of vibrant, energetic and empowered women who embrace their bodies, embody self confidence and demonstrate a high level of self worth.
Women at Like A Girl Fitness have broken free from restriction, rewired their mindset and discovered freedom through sustainable health practices. We aspire to lead a movement that celebrates individuality, fosters self-acceptance, brings more like minded women together and creates a supportive space for all members to evolve and thrive in all areas of their life.

Our mission is to build a thriving community (at an enormous scale) of confident, strong, and empowered women who take control of their health, transform their relationship with food, and embrace body confidence.
We accomplish this by offering lifelong education, practical and sustainable training and nutrition methods, and a supportive community that motivates and guides you through your personal journey.

Meet your Coach, Kayla
With a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, I take a holistic, yet scientific approach to fitness and nutrition, focusing on both the physical and mental aspects of well-being. I believe that it's important to find an approach to fitness that you enjoy, so I work with you to create a personalised plan that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences.
The influx of conflicting information in the fitness industry can be overwhelming, which is exactly why I have created my program - to dispel the myths, create clarity and help women overcome the challenges and pain points that I have also struggled with. It is my mission to simplify training and nutrition so you can evolve and thrive in all areas of your life.
